We want you to know that we don't speak the POLITICALLY CORRECT language in our business.  We don’t like that language.  We prefer to speak STRAIGHT TALK.  Or, we also speak the language of NO NONSENSE.  Then you’ll know you’re getting the facts.  We believe it's a waste of everyone's valuable time to mess around with distorted versions of what the facts actually are.  The properties we have for sale are simply what they are.  We don't “fluff them up” for you.  Most of our properties suffer from minor deferred maintenance to extreme deferred maintenance.  And they’re priced accordingly.

All of our foreclosure properties are sold in “as is” condition. If you're a first time buyer looking for a “fix-upper” you’re advised that a high percentage of our listed properties may not qualify for owner occupancy financing in “as is” condition. And you’d be better off finding a real estate agent that specializes with helping first time buyers. We don’t do that.
